My Why
Dear Yogi,
My past and present professional experiences encompass my passion for helping others who struggle as I did with their inability of knowing how to breathe. I believe that the practice of self-care and self-love comes from first learning how to breathe through the most challenging and even joyful moments of life. My mission is to focus my attention on advocacy for our underprivileged, and underserved communities through the practice of holistic health & well-being. Today I am more confident, conscious and in love with myself, my breath, and what truly adds value to my life. My Yoga soul, body, mind, and spirit are alive, rooted in purpose, grounded in faith, hope, & love. I invite you to join me on the mat as I hold space for you to practice your abilities to open your heart chakra and experience compassion for yourself and others.
Mission
As a passionate student of yoga and now a certified yoga teacher, I endeavor to share my authentic self through the blessing of the asanas, breathing, meditation, and prayer by focusing my attention on advocacy for our youth, young mothers, and our underprivileged, underserved, communities. I am always a student, a wonder seeker of all God's great gifts, a wife to my high school sweetheart, a mother of five, a Disciple for Christ, and a Yoga Teacher passionately inspiring others to breathe in the most joyful and tumultuous moments of this life.
Vision
Inspire the body, mind, and spirit. Focus on the breath. Empower self as we develop strength and courage in the body, flexibility, cultivate body awareness, love, light, new beginnings, and self-acceptance.
